The Oven Genie Process
On
arrival our operators
will inspect your oven
and protect the floor
area.
They
will then return to
the van to ‘fire
up’ the gas burners
which maintain a hot
chemical bath at just
under 90 degrees where
removable parts such
as panels, griddles
and racks can be fully
immersed and deep cleaned.
Where
possible, the operator
will remove the oven
door completely splitting
it in half to allow
them to thoroughly clean
both the door, surrounds
and internal glass.
Then using non tainting,
commercial strength
chemicals they will
scrub all surfaces and
remove baked on grease.
Finally,
your oven will be re-assembled,
polished and system
checked in order to
ensure it is fully operational.
This process typically
takes a minimum of 2
hours. |
